1. Contact us on 0121 313 6748 during UK office hours and advise a member of our team that you wish to return a mat under our 100% satisfaction guarantee.
2. They will ask you for your details, your name, phone number and the full address where the mat is located. If you know your invoice number or order number, please have this to hand as this will help speed up the process.
3. If there is no suitable alternative or you do not want to consider another mat from our range, we will arrange to collect the goods and credit your account or provide a full refund on your payment card.
4. Your statutory rights are not affected.

5. This does not affect your rights under The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013
