When Jaguar matting is laid on top of the floor (as opposed to in a mat well) the edge of the mat is raised slightly. The mats should be edged to improve the appearance of the mat and reduce potential trip hazards. The edging will also ensure smoother transition of wheelchairs, prams and buggies, for example, onto and over the mat surface.
